The challenge

Support requests were arriving through a SaaS platform's ticket system plus email, Discord and messaging apps. Keeping it all organised was a constant battle, and tickets were slipping through the cracks.

What we did

We deployed an AI agent that auto-replies to users, gathers the information needed to review each issue, and pushes a complete, ready-to-action ticket straight into the existing system.
