Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Fettle. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for our services. It sits alongside, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

The Fettle Assessment

If you're not satisfied that your assessment delivered useful, specific recommendations, contact us at hello@getfettle.app within 14 days of receiving your report and we'll work to make it right — including a refund of the assessment fee where appropriate. If you go on to subscribe, the assessment fee is credited to your first month.

The Fettle Subscription

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don't provide partial refunds for the current period once it has begun, unless required by law.

The Fettle Build

Bespoke builds are covered by the specific scope and payment terms agreed in your build agreement. Because work is tailored and begins on commissioning, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as set out in that agreement.

How to request a refund

Email hello@getfettle.app with your account email and a short note about what went wrong. We aim to respond within a few working days, and to process approved refunds to your original payment method.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy reduces any rights you have under applicable consumer law in England and Wales.
