This policy explains how LDDV LTD ("Fettle", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use getfettle.app and our services. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

Who we are

What we collect

Account & contact details — your name, email, company, and messages you send us (including via our contact form).
Assessment content — the information you share during the AI assessment conversation about your business, team, tools, and operations, and the resulting report.
Payment data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
Technical data — IP address, browser/device information, and essential cookies needed to run the site and keep you signed in.
Analytics cookies — if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics (with IP anonymisation) to understand how the site is used and improve it. These are only set with your consent, which you give via the cookie banner. We do not use them for advertising.

How we use it & our legal bases

To provide the service (run your assessment, produce and deliver your report, run your subscription) — performance of a contract.
To take payment and prevent fraud — contract and legitimate interests.
To respond to enquiries and support you — legitimate interests.
To meet legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation.

AI processing

Your assessment conversation is processed by our AI provider to capture the relevant facts and draft your report. A member of the Fettle team reviews the report before it is sent to you. We do not sell your data, and we do not permit our providers to use your content to train their models.

Service providers (sub-processors)

We share data only with providers who help us deliver the service, under appropriate contracts:

Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (EU region).
Vercel — website and application hosting.
Stripe — payment processing.
Anthropic — AI processing of the assessment.
Resend — transactional email.
Cal.com — booking and scheduling (where used).

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@getfettle.app. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
