These terms govern your use of getfettle.app and the services provided by LDDV LTD("Fettle", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

  • The Fettle Assessment — a one-off AI-led assessment of your business, followed by a written report with recommendations. The fee is credited to your first month if you subscribe.
  • The Fettle Subscription — we set up, maintain, and run a tailored set of AI tools for you on a recurring monthly basis.
  • The Fettle Build — a bespoke AI solution built and maintained for your business under a separate scope and quote.

Nature of our recommendations

Our assessment and reports are provided to help you make informed decisions about AI in your business. They are general recommendations based on the information you provide, not professional, legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Outcomes depend on your circumstances and how recommendations are implemented; we do not guarantee specific results.

Payment

Prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Payment is taken via our payment processor. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) are added where required.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information during the assessment and onboarding.
  • Use the services lawfully and not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to them.
  • Keep your account credentials secure.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our platform, methodology, and materials. Your report and any bespoke deliverables are licensed to you for use in your business. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide to us.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or misuse the services. You may stop using the services at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
